Privacy Policy

Onry ("Onry", "we", "us") is a mobile app that helps caregivers log and share events about the people they care for ("carees"). This policy explains what information Onry collects, how it's used, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Onry collects the information you and your care team enter into the app, including:

• Account information — your email address, used to create and sign in to your account.
• Care team information — the carees you set up, and the caregivers you invite as admins or supporters for each caree.
• Event data — the care events you and your care team log (for example, notes, categories, timestamps, and, if you choose to add it, a location for an event).

We don't collect analytics, advertising identifiers, or device tracking data, and Onry does not access your device's location in the background — any location attached to an event is entered or added by you.

How we use your information

Information you provide is used only to operate the app for you and your care team:

• To create your account and authenticate you.
• To store and display the events and care team data you and your invited caregivers enter.
• To share event data with the caregivers you've explicitly added to a caree's care team.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who can see your data

Data about a caree is visible only to the caregivers added to that caree's care team (as admins or supporters). Access is enforced at the database level, so a caregiver can only see carees they've been explicitly added to.

Where your data is stored

Onry's data is stored with Supabase, our backend infrastructure provider, which hosts our database, authentication, and file storage. We don't share your data with any other third party.

Data retention and deletion

We retain your account and event data for as long as your account is active. If you'd like your account and associated data deleted, contact us and we'll delete it.

Children's privacy

Onry is intended for use by caregivers (adults). A caree profile may represent a child or other dependent, but that information is entered and controlled by the caregiver, not by the caree directly.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
